this picture was taken yesterday on the way back from follow-up. apparently this guy molested this other lady and tried to flee. but a kind samaritan gave chase and pinned him on the ground, yelling for assistance. and me, a few steps away, was like WOAH...and then took out my phone to capture the scene. heheh. but yea. at first i thought there was a bomb or something. lmao!
